About the event
Hosted by Charlotte from Stanford Pilates Lincoln, in collaboration with In Her Flow and Thrive with Charlotte, this three-night retreat is set within a private countryside farmhouse in rural Girona.
Surrounded by open landscape and mountain views, the setting has been chosen for its privacy, simplicity and natural beauty — the perfect environment to slow down before winter and properly reset.
This is a Farm to Table Pilates Retreat centred around seasonal dining, gentle lymphatic-focused movement and time spent outdoors.
Across the retreat, guests will experience daily mat-based Pilates designed to support circulation, hormonal balance and nervous system regulation. Movement is breath-led, low impact and intelligently layered — created to leave you feeling lighter and clearer, not depleted.
