What to Expect
This retreat is located just outside Matlock on the edge of the peak district national park.
Guests should note that all rooms are shared with one or two others.
Each day includes mat-based Pilates classes designed to help you feel strong, aligned, and at ease in your body. Each session blends mindful movement with small equipment like hand weights, ankle & wrist weights, rings, and bands - with options for every level and pace.
Guests will also have the option of a session with Inher Flow, giving you the chance to reconnect with your cycle and learn to work with your body, not against it.
Through nurturing workshops, cycle tracking and women’s circles, discover balance, ease, and empowerment.
Dining is a highlight of the retreat, with beautifully prepared plant-based meals created by Root to Flower who creates incredible dishes with a focus on locally sourced, seasonal produce. Healthy yet indulgent dishes, and meticulously presented feasts.
Evenings are unhurried and welcoming, spent in front of the fire or getting involved in nightly activities.
Time outdoors is encouraged through beginner walks and hikes around the stunning gardens and national park.
There is ample space to unwind both in and outdoors, with a variety of comfortable seating areas, both shared and private, ideal for reading, resting, or simply switching off.
