Repose Pilates Retreats

By booking a Repose Pilates Retreat, you agree to the following Terms of Sale. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Booking & Payment

All retreat bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of payment. A non-refundable deposit (or full payment, if required) is necessary to secure your place. Payment plans, if offered, must be completed in full by the specified due dates. Failure to complete payments on time may result in forfeiture of your booking and any payments made.

2. Pricing & Currency

All prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling (£) and are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed. Prices include the retreat activities and amenities expressly stated in the retreat description. Any additional services, travel, meals not specified, or personal expenses are the responsibility of the participant.

3. Cancellation by Participant

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

If you are unable to attend the retreat for any reason, no refunds will be issued. You may transfer your booking to another person with prior written approval from Repose Pilates Retreats, provided the replacement participant meets all retreat requirements.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including illness, injury, or travel disruptions.

4. Cancellation or Changes by Repose Pilates Retreats

Repose Pilates Retreats reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify a retreat due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to insufficient bookings, weather conditions, venue issues, or force majeure events.

In the unlikely event that Repose Pilates Retreats cancels a retreat, participants will be offered either a transfer to a future retreat or a refund of payments made for the retreat experience only. Repose Pilates Retreats is not responsible for travel costs, accommodation outside the retreat package, or any other expenses incurred.

5. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

Participants acknowledge that Pilates and retreat activities involve physical movement and exercise. By booking, you confirm that you are medically and physically fit to participate and have disclosed any relevant medical conditions prior to the retreat.

Participation is voluntary, and Repose Pilates Retreats is not liable for any injury, illness, or loss sustained during the retreat, except where required by law.

6. Travel & Insurance

Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the retreat location unless otherwise stated. Valid travel insurance covering health, injury, travel delays, and cancellations is strongly advised and remains the responsibility of the participant.

7. Code of Conduct

Repose Pilates Retreats is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and supportive environment. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate, without refund.

8. Media & Content

During the retreat, photographs or videos may be taken for promotional purposes. By attending, you grant Repose Pilates Retreats permission to use such content unless you notify us in writing prior to the retreat.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Repose Pilates Retreats, its instructors, partners, and affiliates are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense incurred during or as a result of participation in the retreat.

10. Governing Law

Repose Pilates Retreats is a company based in the United Kingdom. These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
